Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

Our exchange and refund window is 48 hours from the time you receive your order.
Any request raised after 48 hours will not be eligible.

To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all parts, accessories, freebies, manuals, and packaging

A clear unboxing video is required for all exchange and refund requests.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong colour variant delivered
  • Damaged product
  • Missing components

(If your issue is not one of the above, the exchange cannot be processed.)

How to request an exchange:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video showing:
         - Parcel from all sides. 
         - Complete opening process. 
         - The exact issue. 
  2. Share the video within 48 hours on WhatsApp (9326310378) or support@babysafehouse.in

  3. Once verified, we will schedule a pickup from your address

  4. After pickup, the replacement will reach you in 5–7 working days

Important notes:

  • All accessories, components, and freebies must be returned
  • Without an unboxing video, an exchange cannot be approved
  • Requests after 48 hours will be rejected
  • Used, customer-damaged, or incomplete products will be rejected
  • Pickup address can only be changed before pickup is scheduled
  • Self-return is not allowed unless approved by our team

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if:

  • Your order is delayed by more than 20 business days, or
  • A replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability

How to request a refund:

  2. After approval, your refund will be initiated immediately
  3. Refund amount will reflect in 7–10 working days in your original payment method

Refund not applicable when:

  • The order is already shipped or out for delivery
  • Customer refuses delivery without valid reason
  • Unboxing video is not provided for wrong/damaged/missing/colour issues
  • Product is used, damaged by customer, or incomplete

4. Refund Mode

Prepaid Orders:

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase.

COD Orders:

Please share your bank details:

  • Account Holder Name
  • Bank Name
  • Branch Name
  • Account Number
  • IFSC Code
  • Account Type (Savings/Current)


5. Tracking Your Request

A tracking ID will be provided once your pickup or replacement is scheduled.
