Our exchange and refund window is 48 hours from the time you receive your order.
Any request raised after 48 hours will not be eligible.
If the received product is not up to the mark, we regret the inconvenience. However, to qualify
for a return, the product must be unused and in original condition.
The product should be returned with all parts, accessories, freebies, manuals, and original packaging.
A clear unboxing video is a mandatory requirement for all exchange and refund requests.
Exchange Policy
Exchange is allowed only in the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong color variant delivered
- Damaged product
- Missing components
If your issue does not fall under the above conditions, the exchange cannot be processed.

- Once verified, a pickup will be scheduled from your address.
- After pickup, the replacement will be delivered within 5–7 working days.

- All accessories, components, and freebies must be returned.
- Without an unboxing video, exchange requests will not be approved.
- Requests made after 48 hours will be rejected.
- Used, customer-damaged, or incomplete products will be rejected.
- Pickup address can only be changed before pickup is scheduled.
- Self-return is not allowed unless approved by our team.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:
- Order is delayed by more than 20 business days
- Replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability
