Overview
Our refund and returns policy last 48 hours from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since you received the order, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns
In case you need to return a product, kindly go to Your Orders on your My Account Tab and select the product you need to return. Fill in the Reason for Return and Bank Details as prompted to proceed.
Post this, keep the product ready in its packaging. We will assign pickup for the product within 2-3 working days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your bank account within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
