Our exchange and refund window is 48 hours from the time you receive your order. Any request raised after 48 hours will not be eligible.

If the received product is not up to the mark, we regret the inconvenience. However, to qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in original condition. The product should be returned with all parts, accessories, freebies, manuals, and original packaging.

A clear unboxing video is a mandatory requirement for all exchange and refund requests.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only in the following circumstances:

Record one unedited unboxing video from opening the courier bag to showing the issue. Send it to us within 48 hours. After verification, we will arrange a pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost.
